HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We Know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Return Policy once your order has been delivered to you.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
In your Shipping confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment's progress until the package is delivered to your door.
I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
- If you you do not receive an email from Diamond Closet by Adriana Day within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder.
Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.
- To check your orders, log into your Diamond Closet account and select "My Orders" option to review your order history.
- If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our costumer service by emailing: diamondcloset.byadrianaday@gmail.com 
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
THERE ARE SEVERAL REASON WHY YOUR ORDER MY HAVE BEEN CANCELLED:
1. The Item(S) Sold Out.
2. There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s)
3. We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
- If the billing address stated on the order does not match with the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.
NOTE: If your order is cancel for any reason above, you will receive an email.confirming your order's cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. 
WHAT ARE FINAL SALES ITEMS?
All items with prices ending in $ .98 are considering Final Sale and cannot be returned.
 
RETURNS:
UNITED STATES= DOMESTIC
NON-US= INTERNATIONAL
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return your item(s)
- Items must be sent back within 15 day of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of fragrance, and have all original tags attached.
-All items with price ending in $ .98 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow us 7-14 business days from the time we received your return for it to be processed.
- Original priced items purchased with a discount code can be returned.
- Diamond Closet is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number shipping back your returns.
- International purchased are all final sale and items cannot be returned.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

PLEASE BE SURE TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE POLICY OUTLINED BELOW:
- Items must be sent back within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of fragrance, and have all original tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Bodysuits, intimates, swimwear, hair accessories, and shoes are non-returnable.
- Beauty Products, cosmetic, and accessories are non-returnable.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered.
- We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping cost to return.
- Demaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivered. 
- All returns must include a Return Request Form. If you do not have a return request form, you may download and print  here.
- Return packages must include Return Request Form. If these are not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
- When sending back items from multiple orders, please fill out a return form from each order.
- Return drop-offs are not accepted
- Diamond Closet by Adriana Day is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your items.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
-Presently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our return policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style.
